Golden Jeju Island is a tribute to the island I love most in Korea.

Jeju’s golden shorelines, its shifting blue light, and the warmth of its sunsets stayed with me long after I returned.

I picked up seashells from the coast—small vessels carrying the quiet sound of the sea. Placing them atop painted waves was my way of preserving that memory, holding the echo of the island’s wind and water in a moment of stillness.
