Blossoms of Resilience (회복력의 꽃)
In a moment of intense bodily vulnerability,I was confronted with the quiet pain carried within the female body —
a vessel of life marked by cycles of resilience and silent endurance.
From that experience, a question surfaced:
how can such silent pain be acknowledged, transformed, or given form?
This work grew out of that reflection — transforming invisible suffering into something vibrant and alive. The blooming form became a quiet declaration of resilience,
a strength arising from the body's own endurance.
This piece remains a companion in my artistic journey, where intimate experiences unfold into visual poetry and create a shared space of recognition and reflection.
Trace of Becoming (되어가는 흔적)
Trace of Becoming captures the fluid moments before a form fully emerges—moments where everything is shifting, evolving, and finding its place.
The flowing, dispersing, and reconnecting movements hold the essence of becoming—a state where boundaries blur and transformation is constant.
This work embraces the beauty of transition,
reminding us that every stage we pass through leaves a mark that becomes part of who we are.
Contours of Emotion (감정의 등고선)
Contours of Emotion visualizes the landscape formed by layered,
shifting feelings within the inner self.
Emotion is never static—it ripples, accumulates,
and reshapes itself even in stillness.
This work traces those emotional terrains,
offering an abstract map of how our inner states form layers and expand over time.
Orbit in Turbulence (난류 속 궤도)
Orbit in Turbulence depicts the relentless force of rotation that persists even within chaos.
Amid the violently shifting red backdrop, the blue sphere holds its own orbit,
revealing the delicate tension between intense energy and fragile balance.
This work visualizes the path of life that continues to move, shift, and endure—holding its course even in the most unstable of worlds.
Frozen Waves (얼어붙은 파도)
Frozen Waves captures a landscape where motion seems to have paused in an eternal moment.
The defined black lines distill the vast rhythm of nature into simple contours,
evoking not an actual wave but the memory of one—frozen in time.
This work holds the passage of time within its frame,
expressing both quiet tension and serene calm.
